No it is absolutely possible even to place 1 single 1-week order: you will find the option in checkout.
How does the Weekly Plan work?
It is a continuous and flexible Weekly Plan that continues until suspended or cancelled: each week you will receive your dishes at home. Cancellation or suspension is still possible within the time limits communicated.
Is the Weekly Plan binding?
No. It is possible to suspend or cancel the Weekly Plan at no cost after the 1st week within the timelines provided and stated on the website and in reminder emails.
By when can I manage or change my Weekly Plan?
By Thursday evening at midnight for deliveries on the following Tuesday and Wednesday, by Sunday evening at midnight for deliveries on the following Thursday and Friday.
What happens if I don't manage my Weekly Plan within the time frame?
Our algorithm will select the best dishes for you based on your test that will be put out for delivery for the following week. You will be charged regularly on your default payment method.
I forgot to manage my Weekly Plan: is it possible to do so once the deadline has passed? No. Once the management time has passed, the choice made cannot be changed.
How do I cancel my Weekly Plan?
Deleting your Weekly Plan is very simple. Log into your personal area in the Manage Weekly Plan section, select your Weekly Plan, and click the Delete Weekly Plan button. Cancellation is always possible within the timeframe of the selected Weekly Plan.
Can I suspend my Weekly Plan?
Sure, you can skip the next week by the Thursday before delivery (for Tuesday and Wednesday orders) and by the Sunday before delivery (for Thursday and Friday orders).
The Weekly Plan will then resume from the following week.
With the Weekly Plan will I always receive the same dishes?
No. You can select different dishes from our ever-changing menu each week.
I made a mistake in confirming the plates: can I change them?
It is possible to change dishes from your personal area within the time frame. Thursday evening at midnight for delivery on the following Tuesday and Wednesday. Sunday evening for delivery on the following Thursday and Friday. Once these deadlines have passed, they are not editable.
Is it possible to preset the frequency of the Weekly Plan?
You can't do that but you can manage up to 3 weeks in advance already by presetting non-receipt for when you don't want to receive our dishes.
Can I change the number of dishes and type of menu each week?
Yes. You will be able to do this from your "Weekly Plan" page within the timeframe of your Weekly Plan.
I have to go on vacation: how do I do it?
You can skip one or more weeks from your user area or cancel the Weekly Plan in your user area, alternatively you can change the shipping address.
How can I delete my account?
To cancel your account, once you have eliminated any current weekly plans, simply send an email to info@nutribees.com

Can I request recipe changes or specific weights for each ingredient?
No. For now, it is not possible to request modifications or specific weights.
How do you decide my menu based on the test?
Once we have collected your data, our algorithm will calculate which of our dishes work best for your needs. You will see pre-selected dishes that we think are best for you, but you will be free to change them with others from the proposed dishes.
Each dish is designed for how many people?
Each dish is designed to be a satiating single serving for a full meal (lunch or dinner).
Do you offer a family formula or children's menu?
At the moment we do not have an ad hoc proposal, but for large families we recommend our 20-dish packages so that many delicious recipes can be shared together.
Do you offer dishes for people with celiac disease?
No. We produce gluten-free dishes but at the moment using the same laboratory we cannot guarantee total non-contamination.
Are your ingredients organic?
Currently, the only all-organic dishes are those with the appropriate Organic logo under the recipe. We are working to increase recipes that use organic ingredients.
Are your ingredients Italian?
As much as possible we give priority to Italian ingredients except for raw materials not available in Italy (e.g. Salmon, quinoa).

How are my dishes prepared?
The dishes are prepared using premium ingredients, cooked and then placed in a protective atmosphere-this process allows the dishes to keep until the expiration date as freshly cooked by the chefs without the addition of preservatives or additives.
Consult the expiration date on the back of the tray to make sure of the date by which to consume the dish. If necessary you will be able to freeze the dishes to extend the expiration date.
Are there any preservatives and additives added in the preparation?
Absolutely not! Everything is prepared in a simple and healthy way.
How should I store my dishes?
The dishes should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0-4° respecting the expiration date indicated. Once received, place them immediately in the refrigerator. There is no need to store them in the refrigerator unless you want to further extend the expiration date.
How much space do the trays take up in the refrigerator?
Our trays are a very small size in the refrigerator (in an average refrigerator you can store about 8/10 per shelf).
How should I prepare the dishes?
The dishes are already cooked and ready. Before consuming your dishes, simply reheat them 3 minutes in a microwave or frying pan unless otherwise indicated on the package. Dishes can also be eaten at room temperature-it's just a matter of taste!
How are my dishes packaged?
Your dishes are packaged in convenient single-portion compostable material (white trays) or recyclable CPET (black trays). In both cases the trays are microwavable.
Should you notice any bulges or small breaks upon receipt, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What payments do you accept?
It is possible to pay with all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), with PostePay and with food coupons (Ticket restaurant, Pellegrini, Up Day, Sodexo, Yesticket). Payment with Paypal is possible only for single orders while payment on delivery is not yet available.
When does the charge occur for my plan?
The amount due will be charged weekly: Thursday evening if delivery is scheduled for the following Tuesday or Wednesday, Sunday evening if delivery is scheduled for the following Thursday or Friday.
Is my payment and credit card information secure?
Of course. We use Stripe: provider used by some of the largest e-commerce sites.
How can I change my payment method?
Log in to your personal area under "My Cards" and change your payment method to set it as your primary method.
How can I pay with Ticket Restaurant®?
You will find this option directly at checkout. You will need to log in with your credentials, select the number of vouchers to use and confirm. To finalize the order you will still need to enter a valid credit card even if the amount to be added is 0.
Do you invoice?
To receive an invoice, fill out the appropriate field at the same time as your order.
How can I change my billing address?
You can change it in your personal area by editing the address.
Are there special discounts for new users?
Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date and receive dedicated discounts.
How come I have a discount code but it doesn't work?
Make sure you spell it correctly. If it doesn't work, the promotion may be sold out or reserved for new users only.
I have an ongoing Weekly Plan: is it possible to enter discount codes?
No. You cannot enter discount codes on already active weekly plans.
Are there special discounts by recommending the service to friends?
Of course! Log in to your personal area in the Wallet section and share your personal code with your friends. They will get a discount on their first purchase and you will get
a reward in the form of credits to use on your next purchase (promotion valid for certain times of the year only).
Where can I find the reimbursement that was made to me?
If the refund was made in the form of credits, you will find it in your personal area in the "Wallet" section and you can use it at the next order confirmation remembering to select it. If the refund was made directly to the payment method you will have to wait 5-10 days to see it on your account depending on your bank's timeline.
Is it possible to purchase a Gift Card?
Yes! It is possible to purchase via paypal or credit card payment a Gift Card of the desired value. The Gift Card will be sent following payment as a PDF to forward or print.
Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver throughout Italy excluding smaller islands (e.g., Elba) and some hard-to- reach locations.
How do you ensure that the dishes arrive in excellent condition while maintaining the cold chain?
We use only refrigerated couriers who use warehouses also equipped with this technology. We also rely on experienced logistics partners to ensure accuracy and reliability.
My order is late, do the dishes keep?
In case of delay, don't worry: we only ship with refrigerated couriers that also store temperature from 0 to 4 Degrees while maintaining the cold chain. In case of long delays, please contact us and we will find the best solution for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you want to change your shipping address you can update it from your profile area, remember to also update it in the weekly plan section if you have an active one. To be safe, email us at info@nutribees.com as well.
Can you deliver to the office?
Sure, just specify it in the delivery instructions.
Can I order for someone else?
We recommend that you create a different account and follow the directions to ensure customization as needed.
Until when can I order to receive it next week?
You can order until Thursday evening for Tuesday and Wednesday deliveries and until Sunday for Thursday and Friday or Tuesday and Wednesday delivery the following week. However, for some hard-to-reach locations and islands, the delivery day is to be considered approximate and depends on the courier's PTO.
How much does delivery cost?
Basic delivery is always free and there is no minimum purchase amount. Special delivery methods require a small additional charge, which you will find listed on the checkout page.
I wasn't home when the courier arrived, what's going on?
We will try again to deliver the next day, in case the courier does not find you at home even the next day, you can pick up the package at the courier's location. Be sure to give an address (home, office, trusted store, gym) where you can receive our shipment.
How do I recycle the packaging used for shipping?
Our packaging is almost entirely recyclable and will be increasingly so. You can find out how to dispose of it here.
Is it possible to change delivery day from week to week?
Yes. You will be able to change between options on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday by Thursday evening at midnight the week before delivery.
What are the dimensions of the delivery boxes?
The size of the box depends on the number of dishes ordered. For a standard box of 10 dishes, the dimensions are 40x30x30cm.

Absolutely not. We recommend that you go to a professional in any case.
I have intolerances, can I purchase your plans?
Our dishes are produced in a facility that also processes gluten, soy, nuts, peanuts, sesame, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, celery, mustard, sulfur dioxide, and sulfites (except where otherwise indicated). Tell us your intolerance in the test and our algorithm will recommend dishes you can eat!
I have medical conditions, can I purchase your plans?
Although our menus are designed specifically to adhere to proper dietary guidelines, we always recommend that you seek a medical consultation with a nutritionist before purchase.
How much weight do I lose by following your food plan?
Our menus do not promise assured weight loss in a short time as much as a dietary re- education through balanced one-dish meals containing protective foods toward the most common diseases. This style of eating can also result in weight loss that will vary depending on the individual's characteristics. To achieve weight loss, it is recommended that we combine our eating plan with a healthy and dynamic lifestyle.
Where can I find the nutritional information and ingredients of the dishes?
By clicking on the image of the dish of interest, it will be possible to read all the information about it. The information can also be found on the product tray once it is received.
Is the test mandatory?
Absolutely not. The test is optional but can be useful to guide you in choosing the best dishes for you.
What do the symbols under the plates mean?
Each symbol corresponds to a characteristic of the dish: scroll your mouse over the symbol to read the specific characteristic of that dish.
Do you produce dishes for special diets?
Our dishes are based on the Mediterranean diet. It is likely that much or some of these dishes are also suitable for following other specific dietary regimens.
